Our schedule of classes changes with the seasons… but only gently. While it is not our intention to disrupt your normal routine of classes, our schedule is subject to change without notice; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Class Descriptions:

Sol Barre: Our fan favorite, Sol Barre is a beat-based class that employs muscle-building holds, heart revving movement, and grounding breath work for the perfect mix of strength, low-impact cardio and mindfulness. With instructors who help you every step of the way, you’ll be encouraged to honor your body in the present moment, to let go of perfection, and to simply have fun! All props are provided. All you need to bring is your lovely self and a water bottle. We’re proud of you for showing up!

Sol Strength: The ideal companion class to your weekly barre routine, Sol Strength focuses on slower movement and heavier weights, paired with metabolic conditioning. Our instructors are well equipped to coach all levels of abilities, from never-ever-lifted to the regular pro. Expect to have fun in this small group environment where functional fitness elements provide a diverse playground for challenging your body at a pace that works for you. Some common equipment we use includes kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, bosu balls, TRX straps, resistance bands, rowing machines, squat racks, box jumps, battle ropes and more. Even if you’ve never heard of half of those things, we still believe Sol Strength is for you! (Shoes required)

Sol Yoga: While yoga styles vary vastly, you can expect our Sol Yoga to consistently follow a gentle, restorative format. With just an evening flow scheduled mid-week, we invite you to end your day with some gentle movement and grounding breath work. All levels are welcome. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
