Move your sol, relax and enjoy a little reprieve with us during the Women’s Wellness Retreat at The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, November 13-14, 2021.

The one-night retreat includes a 3pm Barre class on Saturday and 11am Yoga class on Sunday (other time slots are filled). Your retreat registration includes lodging, one barre class, one yoga class, a special goodie bag, wine and tapas reception on Saturday eve (4-5pm), plus a full gourmet breakfast in the on-site restaurant at your leisure.

The rest of the details are up to you! Hot tub, dinner out on the town, shopping, spa treatments… or maybe just getting some extra sleep or lounging kid-free in your robe. You decide what a retreat means for you!
