SOL FOCUS Series: A 6-Week Wellness Program for Women

Make a strategic shift from randomized workouts to intentional strength training, and you’ll start to see gains towards your goals like never before! In this 6-week program designed for 4-6 women, you’ll get:

  • Small group strength training twice a week

  • Customized “workouts of the day” for the other three days each week, done at home or at the studio during Open Gym times

  • Nutrition journal

  • Guidance for establishing nutrition goals and tracking macros for intentional feuling and maximized results

  • Coaching by health and fitness legend Tiffany Lee (formally Tiffany Story)

  • Specialized Momence access and capabilities for tracking progress and scoring personal metrics (reps, time, weight, distance)

Meet as a small group each Tuesday and Thursday from 6am to 7am for six weeks, with personalized trainings that match your specific goals. And then loop in three other days per week, choosing to add in strength classes at Solciety or do the programmed Workout of the Day (WOD) provided by Tiffany. It all starts with an informational “what to expect” session on Thursday, September 19, 2024, and ends on Thursday, October 31, 2024.
