Over the course of the 10-hour course, you'll learn key fundamentals of movement, anatomy and physiology, and correct form. You’ll also learn to cue transitions, coach modifications, utilize props, create your own choreography, and build your own balanced barre class, Solciety style. You will truly understand what makes Sol Barre so different from the rest… fun playlists, excellent musicality, and a caring instructor like YOU.
