Take your fitness goals to new levels and get certified to teach Sol Barre! Brought to you by Solciety Fitness, this ACE-approved course will leave you prepared and confident to teach a 60-minute barre class, start to finish.

Over the course of the weekend session, you'll learn course fundamentals, form, modifications, choreography, and musicality, plus anatomy and physiology taught by Dr. Maggie Quigley Hill. After the weekend training, you will be required to teach mentored sessions and lead a couple of community classes before receiving your certification.

When: Saturday and Sunday, January 8-9, 2022 (9am-4pm)

Cost: $395 early bird price through December 7, 2021, otherwise $425 at full price. Cost includes initial 2-day course, course manual, and mentored sessions.
